  • Fixed Bar Mount

How to Use the Fixed Bar Mount

The is the set-and-forget option for mounting VOLTRA I to a round bar. Once it’s installed, you’ve got a stable anchor point for consistent training.

    Best for

Home gyms with a dedicated pull-up bar, crossmember, or fixed round tube

Anyone who wants a permanent overhead or crossbar anchor point

Setups where stability matters more than quick repositioning

    Before you start

    Check these two things first:

Your bar is solid and securely fixed. If it can rotate, flex, or shift, don’t mount to it.

Your bar diameter is within the supported range (1–2 in).

    Setup

    1) Choose the right spacers

The Fixed Bar Mount comes with two sets of spacers (1–1.5 in and 1.5–2 in) to fit different bar diameters. Use the spacer set that matches your bar so the mount clamps evenly and sits flush.

    2) Position the mount

Place the mount on the bar where you want your anchor point. Make sure it’s square and not sitting at an angle.

    3) Install and tighten the screws (two-round method)

Insert the screws, then tighten in two separate rounds to keep pressure even.

    Round 1: pre-tighten
    Tighten in this order: 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 to about one-third of the final tightness.

    Round 2: final tighten
    Tighten in this order: 4 → 3 → 2 → 1 to full tightness.

This matters. If you fully tighten one screw first, you’re more likely to end up with uneven clamping.

    4) Mount VOLTRA I and do a quick test pull

Attach VOLTRA I to the dock and make sure it’s properly locked. Start light and pull smoothly to confirm nothing rotates or shifts. If anything moves, stop and re-tighten before you go heavier.

    Removing or repositioning the mount

Unload the cable and remove VOLTRA I.

Loosen the screws gradually in a cross-pattern until the mount releases.

Remove the mount from the bar.

If you’re repositioning, place it at the new spot and re-tighten using the two-round method.

Remount VOLTRA I and do a light test pull before going heavier.

    Safety checks

    Before you go heavy:

Screws are fully tightened and the mount doesn’t rotate or slide

The mount sits flush on the bar with even clamping pressure

The bar is stable and can’t shift under load

Your line of pull is clear and the cable isn’t rubbing on sharp edges

You’re not adjusting the mount while the cable is loaded

    Safety zone guideline:

Keep at least 2.1 m clear on both sides of the mount.

In front of the mount, allow the length of VOLTRA’s cable plus the space you need to exercise, then add 0.5 m as a buffer.

Make sure no one and nothing is inside that zone before you start.

    Maintenance

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Periodically check screw tightness and inspect the mount for wear or damage.

This mount is for indoor use. Don’t leave it outdoors or expose it to heavy moisture, high humidity, or water jets.

  • Travel Platform

How to Use the Travel Platform

The gives VOLTRA I a stable low anchor point without needing a rack or external anchor. Set it on the floor, mount VOLTRA I, then stand on it to counterbalance the pull. It’s ideal for travel, small spaces, and quick “set it down and train” sessions.

    Specs

    Dimensions (L × W × H): 27.6 × 15.4 × 0.87 in (700 × 390 × 22 mm)
It’s designed to fit in a 28-inch check-in bag, which makes it a realistic option for travel.

    Weight: 13.6 lbs (6.2 kg)

    Setup

Place it on a flat, stable surface.
Pick a spot where it won’t rock. If you’re on tile, hardwood, or anything slick, put a training mat underneath for grip (and to protect the floor).

Mount VOLTRA I to the platform.
Align VOLTRA I with the silver mounting circle and attach it firmly. Before you pull the cable, make sure it’s sitting flush and properly locked in.

Stand on the platform before you load it.
Put both feet fully on the standing areas and keep your stance centred, not on the edge.

    Do a quick test pull.
Start light and pull smoothly. If the platform creeps or pivots, reset your stance, check the floor (and add a mat if needed), then try again.

How to train with the Travel Platform

The Travel Platform is best for movements that need a low start position, or anything you’d normally do by standing on a band.

    Great fits include:

    Deadlift-style pulls and hinge patterns

    Curls and upright rows

Low rows and other low-start pulls

Squat patterns where a low line of pull makes sense

If you’re trying a taller movement and you’re running out of cable travel, adjust the setup instead of forcing range. Step closer, shorten the movement, kneel, or sit so you’re not chasing height at the top.

Top attachments to pair with the Travel Platform

    Basic Handle

Your everyday choice for single-arm work. Clip it in for curls, single-arm rows, presses, lateral raises, rear delts, and anti-rotation work.

    CarbonFlex Bar with Premium Grip

Your go-to for two-handed pulling and full-body patterns from a low anchor. Use it for low rows, deadlift-style pulls, low-to-high pulls, and straight-arm pullovers (step back or kneel to keep the line of pull smooth).

    Functional Rope

The variety booster for a low anchor. It’s great for curls, triceps extensions, face pulls (kneeling or seated so the line of pull matches the movement), and cable crunches.

    Squat Harness

Your best option for loading lower-body work without grip being the limiting factor. Use it for squat and hinge patterns. It weighs 6 lbs, so if you’re trying to keep luggage weight down, it’s the easiest one of these to leave behind.

    Safety notes

VOLTRA I can generate serious resistance, so your platform setup needs to be stable before you work hard.

Always stand on the platform during use. If you’re not standing on it, you’re removing the counterbalance that keeps it planted.

Start light in new environments. Floors vary, and “looks fine” isn’t a setup method. Test first, then build.

Stay stable and out of the line of pull. If anything shifts, you shouldn’t be pulled off balance or into the device.

Travel Suitcase (recommended for travel setups)

If you’re travelling with VOLTRA I and accessories, the is the simplest way to protect your kit and keep everything together. It’s a hard case with wheels and an extendable handle, and it’s available with three different internal layouts so you can match it to your setup. Note: the Travel Platform packs separately—it won’t fit inside the suitcase.

    Pack smart:

Retract the cable fully before packing.

Keep heavy items from pressing into the device or screen.

Keep small attachments together so nothing rattles loose in transit.

    For reference, the Travel Suitcase external dimensions are 22.3 × 13.9 × 9.0 in (566 × 353 × 229 mm).

  • Strap Mount

How to Use the Strap Mount

The is VOLTRA I’s most flexible mounting option when you don’t have a rack available, or when you want a quick anchor point in a different spot. It wraps around solid objects like posts, beams, frames, and trees, letting you set VOLTRA I at the height and angle your exercise needs.

    Best for

Home users training in tighter spaces

Anyone who travels or trains outdoors

Coaches or clinicians who need a reliable station across different locations.

    Setup

Pick a truly solid anchor point.
Choose a surface that won’t shift or flex under load.

Wrap the Strap Mount and align the panels.
Wrap it around the anchor point with the front and rear panels firmly in place. The magnetic panels help the mount snap into alignment, but they don’t secure the mount on their own.

Thread the strap and remove slack.
Feed the strap through the buckle and pull it as tight as you can. Take your time here—if there is slack now, there will be movement later.

Choose the best strap length for the anchor.
Your Strap Mount includes two strap lengths of 0.5 m and 1 m. Use the one that lets you get a tighter fit with less excess strap.

    Lock the mount in place.
Move the handle from right to left to fully engage the locking mechanism.

Attach VOLTRA I and confirm it’s properly locked in.
Make sure it sits flush and locks cleanly. If you’re not sure, remove it and mount again.

    Do a quick test pull.
Before you go heavy, pull the cable gently and watch the mount. If it shifts more than expected, reset it.

    Height and angle adjustments

This is where the Strap Mount earns its keep. Unlike a fixed rack position, you can place it almost anywhere and change the line of pull in seconds.

High anchor: Great for pulldown patterns, triceps work, and rehab angles where you want the cable coming down.

Mid anchor: Ideal for rows, presses, chops, anti-rotation work, and most general cable training.

Low anchor: Useful for curls, deadlift-style pulls, and low-to-high patterns.

Some tilt can happen on rounded surfaces. The goal is to minimize it with tight strap tension, a fully locked handle, and an anchor point that doesn’t flex.

    Safety notes

VOLTRA I can generate serious resistance, so your anchor point needs to be just as solid as the rest of your gear.

Use a surface that can handle the load. Thick tree trunks, solid columns, heavy-duty steel frames, and rigid uprights are sensible. Thin posts, wobbly rails, towel bars, and anything that flexes are not.

Avoid doors and flimsy frames at heavy resistance. Yes, straps can wrap around them but they’re generally not a great idea.

Stay out of the line of pull. Position yourself so that if anything slips, you’re not falling from a height or in the way of the device.

Quick fit check. As a general guide, it fits round surfaces with a minimum 80 mm diameter and square surfaces around 70×70 mm and above. If your anchor is smaller than the recommended minimum, VOLTRA I may not attach securely. For smaller sized anchors, you can add an optional shim to the back of the mount to improve compatibility..

    Use cases

Travel: Hotel gyms and limited-equipment gyms where you still want a reliable station.

Outdoor training: Parks with sturdy posts, beams, or trees can work well if you choose solid anchors and keep the strap tight.

Clinics and coaching: Easy way to add a station or change cable angles without rearranging racks or waiting for equipment.

    Maintenance

Inspect after use: Look for fraying, cuts, or wear on the strap, plus any damage to the buckle or panels.

Clean as needed: Mild soap and water is usually enough after outdoor sessions.

Dry before storing: If it gets wet or sweaty, let it dry out before packing it away.

  • Sliding Rack Mount

How to Use the Sliding Rack Mount

The lets you mount VOLTRA I on a rack upright and change anchor height fast, without rebuilding your setup. It’s the easiest option when you’re moving between low, mid, and high pulls in the same session.

    Best for

Home gyms with a power rack

    Coaches setting up quick stations

Anyone who changes exercises and cable height a lot

    Before you buy

If you haven’t bought the Sliding Rack Mount yet, make sure you choose the right version for your rack upright size. There are multiple options, so measure your rack first to get the correct fit.

    Setup

    1) Mount it to the rack

Loosen the Tightening Knob to the loosest setting.

Hold down the Safety Switch, then press the Unlock Button with your thumb and index finger to unlock the mount.

Place the mount on the rack upright so it sits flush.

Clip it into place to lock (don’t press the Safety Switch or Unlock Button while doing this).

Confirm the Unlock Button returns to the top position. If it doesn’t, reset and clip again.

Tighten the Tightening Knob fully until there’s no wobble.

    2) Set your working height

    Pull out the Adjustable Pin.

Slide the mount to the height you want.

Insert the Adjustable Pin fully to lock the height.

    3) Mount VOLTRA I

Attach VOLTRA I to the Dock and make sure it’s properly locked before pulling.

Do a quick test pull with a light weight. If anything shifts, reset the mount and tighten again before you load it up.

    Changing height between exercises

Unload first. Bring the resistance down and return the cable to start.

Remove the Adjustable Pin, move to the new height, then reinsert the pin fully.

Fitting different racks (spacer and pin)

The Sliding Rack Mount ships set up for a specific upright size using a Spacer, and includes a 1″ Adjustable Pin option for certain rack standards.

If the mount doesn’t sit flush, feels like it’s biting at an angle, or won’t clamp securely, you likely need a different Spacer.

If the height pin doesn’t match your rack holes, you may need to swap the Adjustable Pin.

    Removing the mount

    Loosen the Tightening Knob fully.

Hold the Safety Switch, then press the Unlock Button to release and remove the mount.

    Safety checks

    Before you go heavy:

Unlock Button is fully up (not half-returned).

Adjustable Pin is fully inserted through the hole.

Tightening Knob is fully tightened and the mount doesn’t rock.

    Maintenance

Wipe down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Check screws and moving parts (Safety Switch, Unlock Button, Adjustable Pin) for wear or looseness and tighten if needed.
