Help Collection： Troubleshooting

If your VOLTRA I is currently connected to the Beyond+ app, the device may appear offline for Wi-Fi connection.

This helps determine whether the issue is network-related.

If the issue persists, try resetting your device:

Settings → General → Reset → Factory Reset

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team for further assistance:

What you’re experiencing is related to the current system design. When the movement exceeds a certain speed threshold, the resistance curve may change as the system regulates the motor, which can feel like a sudden increase in resistance. This behavior is expected under the current settings.

Beyond+ uses the iOS Shortcuts app to power voice control. If voice commands have stopped responding, the most likely cause is that the Shortcuts app has been removed from your device.

To fix it: Reinstall Shortcuts from the App Store. Once it’s back on your device, open Beyond+ and test your voice commands — they should work normally again.

If the issue persists after reinstalling, please reach out to our support team.

If the firmware update fails, please try the following:

For proper rotation, the Rotator Add-on must be securely attached to both the mount and the VOLTRA I. To activate movement, start with a force setting of at least 45 lbs.

If the cable on your new device feels different from your previous one, this may be normal. Slight variations in cable length between units are part of the factory default settings.

In addition, the cable may stretch slightly over time with regular use, which is also normal.

You can manually adjust the cable as shown in this video: VOLTRA I – Manually Adjust Your Cable – VOLTRA I Tutorial

If the cable still feels too long after adjustment, you may carefully trim the excess with scissors.

The cable is considered a wearable component, which means it will naturally experience wear over time depending on frequency of use, training intensity, and usage conditions. For this reason, we offer the Cable Replacement Kit on our website: https://www.beyond-power.com/products/cable-replacement-kit

Within the warranty period, if the cable is broken or frayed and the Cable Health is below 50%, you may be eligible for a replacement cable.

Please provide clear photos of the cable condition and contact [email protected] for further assistance.

To ensure safe operation, we recommend checking your cable health regularly by going to: Settings → Safety → Cable Health

You can also refer to the images provided in the app, which illustrate the cable condition at each stage.

If your VOLTRA isn’t engaging the weight, try tapping the weight number to load the weight. If the cable recoils slowly, this may resolve the issue.

The VOLTRA I has built-in safety features to securely stay attached to the rack, even if the battery runs out. It will not detach or fall.
