    What’s the difference between the three Ultimate Bundle configurations?

    1. Option A: Lower-body focus (Travel Platform + Squat Harness)

    2. Option B: Compact rack setup (Mini Rack + Adaptive Mount)

    3. Option C: Custom build (pick your mounts and attachments from available options)

    All three include VOLTRA I. Choose based on your training space and primary use case.

    I already own VOLTRA I. What should I buy?

    The $629 Accessories Bundle. Choose 2 mounts, 1 bar option, and 3 attachments. No redundant purchases.

    Do I need the Twin Pack?

    It’s a popular option for training bilateral / heavy movements (bench press, cable flies, deadlifts) or running a facility with multiple athletes. Single unit handles 95% of training applications.

    What if I don’t have a rack?

    Ultimate Bundle Option A (Travel Platform) or Option B (Mini Rack included) work without existing rack infrastructure. The Strap Mount also mounts to any stable structure, square or tubular.

    Can I change my bundle configuration after ordering?

    Email [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. After that, order processing starts and changes aren’t guaranteed.

    How does the t-shirt refund work?

    1. Buy shirt for $19.90

    2. Post photo wearing it on Instagram, Reddit, or any public platform

    3. Email your post link and order number to [email protected].

    4. Get full $19.90 refund to original payment method

    One refund per order. U.S. only. Post must show the shirt clearly.

    Can I use my MFV discount on Year-End Bundles?

    Please note that the MFV discount cannot be applied to Year-End Bundles.

    What’s the warranty?

    Do I need the app?

    No. VOLTRA I functions standalone. Beyond+ iOS app adds remote control, workout programming, and detailed data tracking—but the device works without it.

    Return policy?

    14 days from delivery. Unopened items: 5% restocking fee. Opened items in like-new condition: 10% restocking fee. You cover return shipping unless we shipped incorrectly. Here’s the full policy.

    What if I’m not sure which bundle fits my needs?

    Email [email protected] with your training space details (rack type, dimensions, primary movements). We’ll recommend the right configuration.

    For New Customers

    How do I know if I’m a new customer?

    You are a new customer to Beyond Power if:

    • You’ve never registered your email with us before.

    You won’t be eligible to parciticpate if:

    • You’ve registered but never purchased anything. Use a new email to qualify.

    • You’ve purchased any products from Beyond Power.

    How do I claim the free gift?

    Each new customer can only use one referral code, and it must be entered at checkout.

    • Enter your referral code at checkout.

    • The gift ships with your order.

    • You won’t be able to add a code to an order after checkout.

    Any restrictions on the gift?

    • Minimum purchase requirement must be met.

    • Returned orders must include the gift.

    • If the gift was used, a 5% fee applies and you won’t receive a full refund.

    For Referrers

    When do I get my Power Credits?

    • Power Credits are sent to your email within 2 days after the referred customer receives their order.

    • Power Credits can be redeemed on your next purchase.

    • Power Credits never expire.

    Are there limits?

    • If a referred customer returns their order, the corresponding credits are revoked.

    Where is the campaign available?

    • Any region where Beyond Power products can be purchased and shipped. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

    What if I find creative ways to bypass restrictions and game the system?

    We appreciate your enthusiasm for finding creative ways to engage with the referrals program. One of the ways we make sure as many different people as possible can earn from this program is that each IP address only qualifies once. We’ve designed this program to be fair and rewarding for everyone who genuinely helps us spread the word about VOLTRA I, and we have systems in place to detect any attempts to bypass restrictions or “game” the system.

    If we find any fraudulent activity, we’ll have to take these steps:

    • All your rewards will be canceled.

    • You’ll be permanently disqualified from this and all future campaigns.
