Why can’t I see tracking updates for my EU order?
EU orders may experience longer transit times due to customs clearance. Since VAT and taxes are included in the price, the shipment is flown to Europe for customs clearance before being handed over to UPS for final delivery. The estimated transit time is around 18-20 business days. Customers will not be responsible for any customs clearance duties.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?
Tracking updates may not appear before customs clearance, which is a normal part of international shipping. Once your package clears customs and is handed to the local carrier (e.g., UPS, DHL), tracking will begin updating. If you notice a significant delay in tracking updates, please contact customer service at: [email protected] for further assistance.

Beyond Power offers shipping services to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and most major countries. Please note that for shipping addresses outside the United States and Canada, estimated delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures.
All standard customs duties and import taxes are included for shipments to the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. However, additional customs duties or taxes may apply in accordance with local regulations.
