Go to Settings → Safety → Cable Health in the app.

Compare the actual condition of your cable with the 50% reference image.

If your cable looks similar to or worse than the 50% reference image, stop using it and replace the cable.

How to get a replacement

Within warranty: Email [email protected] with a clear photo of the cable. A free replacement will be provided if the cable’s actual condition is below the 50% level.

Out of warranty or extra replacements: The Cable Replacement Kit is available on our website.
