Aluminum: Minimum 10mm thick (purchase M4 screws over 16mm separately).
Wood: Not recommended.

Recommended: 5/32–11/64 inch (4–4.5mm).
• Torque Wrench
Recommended torque: 2.0-2.5 Nm
